Order conversion issue?

So I have faith in my dealer however he has told me he is having issues converting my reservation to an order. He told me “the Bronco team is supposed to be converting it for me and getting back to me ASAP”. It’s a very small dealership so I can only think he means Ford’s Bronco team. Has anybody heard of this issue? This has been the end of last week and the beginning of this week...

Your dealer could use a little more training.

Maybe, although he is not the typical uninformed dealer. He is the moderator for the FB Bronco group, generally well informed, upfront with info from Ford and until this point the ideal dealer. Just wondering if any other dealers have had any random issues.
