This morning I look online. The Ford website has been updated, and my order shows canceled! So terrifying when I’m hoping to see that I have been scheduled for production. Talk about a punch in the stomach. I check the website everyday just to see the preproduction image.

You'll have to contact your dealer to sort it all out.

Could be the order was never COVP'd by your dealer, in which case your dealer goofed and you are screwed. Or it could be because whomever was working on canceling the orders screwed up.

Yeah, I'm waiting to here back from the dealer. Ford Marketing said order looked good until it was canceled today at 12:01am by WBDO. The rep did not know who WBDO was.

WBDO = Web-Based Dealer Ordering System.

It likely was automatically canceled along with the rest of the orders that didn't get COVP approval. Whether it was correctly canceled is another story, but only your dealer and Ford themselves have access to the COVP portal.
