Order system won't accept my order

My dealer couldn't complete my order conversion today. The ordering system will not accept a 2 door, Badlands, 2.3L, automatic with the High Package. I see that one order was submitted to Bronco6g that was a 4 door, Badlands, 2.3L, automatic with High Package, but none like my order combination on Bronco6g. I switched to the 2.3L to hopefully get my truck before 2023 MY.
Must be a glitch in the order system, because the order guide doesn't restrict this combination that I want.

I don't want to be first..... I don't want to be early...... I just want to get the darn thing before June of 2022. If changing to the 2.3L will get me the truck before June of 2022, so be it.

I'm pretty sure that if you don't input your converted order into the Order Thread, that it may be delayed by Ford up to 8 weeks.

Looks like Ford’s ploy to scare people out of ordering 2.7 so they can meet CAFE requirements is working!

I've been waffling between the two. Leaning towards the 2.3. The delay of the 2.7 made the decision for me.

I don't get deciding on the 2.3 for the sole reason of early delivery.

Hopefully, someone else will come on here, eventually, with success in the same configuration.

Maybe Ford's WBDO doesn't allow it as a glitch or something that has not been communicated well like the Big Bend Mid Package Mandatory Automatic Transmission or BBMPMAT-gate

Your dealer may not have pushed your reservation into order status correctly. Ford is doing a weird unorganized system but we are making it work lol

I like the humor aspect but I'm curious to the perceived "need" of so many who want to be first. I'm not busting anyones cookies, "You do you". Just wondering if it is a microcosm of a greater society issue. It seems it to me. But I'm old, dumb and crotchety.

Same. Honestly. I couldn't imagine reworking my order away from what I want/need just to move up or at best not fall back.

The only reason I'm going 2.3L is because of the MT. Maybe MY22 will change that, but not holding my breath.
