Order tracking page keeps reverting back to blank

Up until yesterday, I've been able to use the 'track my order' page to double check my build week... starting yesterday, every time I enter my VIN and order#, it just reverts back to the blank fields on the page.. anyone else having problems with it?

Try to clear website data and see if it resolves. That would work when I was having issues. Can also try on another device. Good luck!

its hit or miss with me. i just keep refreshing it till it works... sometimes hours later

I've tried it on my laptop, my phone and 2 other computers...

Same thing for me. It's been over a month since I've been able to get it to work. I've tried different computers and browsers with no luck. Tried clearing the cache but still nothing.
