So I was doing the math on the difference between Outer Banks and Big Bend...and found that Outer Banks isnt that much more expensive.

Big Bend Base Price: $33,385
6 Cylinder + Auto: 3,500
Mid Package: $1,600

Total (w/o destination charge: $38,485

Outer Banks Base Price: $38, 955
6 Cylinder: $1,600 (auto is standard)
Mid Package: $0 (Mid Package is Standard)

Total: $40,555.00

So Outer Banks is only $2,070 more and you have the option to get leather which I think would be approx $1,000-$1,500.

I am leaning towards the Outer Banks now. Will finalize once Build and Price is out and prices difference is finalized.

Same boat here. I’m still wondering what this means. Was under the impression this was the same.

Ya it would be nice to know what the difference is because I really like the real speedo on the left and the digital screen on the right, looks neat.

Me too, someday when the B&P goes live.

I looked at doing Big Bend as well and it just doesn’t make sense if you like the extra painted parts and the options that become available.

That was my first thought but I want the mid package and the auto. Outer banks comes with all of that and some for not a ton more. Plus it opens up the ability to buy the 12” screen. Need B&P to decide.

I think that they are referring to the heads up display (where you would find the speedometer, fuel guage, etc) as the High Level Instrument Panel. The LCD color instrument panel is the one that could also be 12 inches and shows the camera views, navigation maps, radio, etc.

This is the exact conundrum I find myself in. The issue is I honestly like the look for the Big Bends grill and rims more than the Outer Banks.
That's my thought...the Big Bend looks a lot better with the better looking wheels (17s look much better too), better grill, no color matched flares and handles, and without the cheesy running boards (although they can be taken off). I'd go that way based on aesthetics alone.

I havent owned a car without leather for many years. I prefer leather seats personally and because I own a dog. Clean up on leather is easier.

I was thinking Big Bend originally, but the price difference makes no sense at all, a very minimal upcharge for a lot of extras on the OB. I feel like the BB is intended to be a volume seller like the XLT on the F-150, and once the demand dies down a bit that's the trim they are going to throw all the incentives at.

I do like the painted parts better than the plastic like fenders.

I was going to go OBX but realized it was pointless. I would swap the bc fenders for black and lose the running boards. I'm not a fan of the signature lighting either. And from the looks of it it has that busy cluster. So now I'm still locked in either the Black Diamond or Big Bend.
