I would take the under. Sasquatch shouldnā€™t add much on a badlands. Lux + 2.7 are likely to be around 7500, leather ~1200.

Iā€™m thinking mine is going to be ~57k for the above but no Sasquatch but hardtop instead. Probably going to get every option and hope itā€™s under 65k with tax. Plan on owning it for 10+ years.
That was my thinking on reveal day, and after comparing standard options across the trims, Iā€™m happy I squeaked in under the time to get an FE, I think a fully optioned Badlands will be pretty close to $60k ?

Badlands 42,095.00 2.3 manual

- 2.7 V6 4500.00
- Sasquatch 2000.00
- Lux Package 4500.00
- Leather Seats 1500.00
- 12" Screen 750.00
- Hard Top 2000.00

So around 57-58 just estimating from what Ford sell performance package and tech package on the currents model. We can expect the pricing to be in the similar range , also Jeep sell the dual top for around 2k . The most trick one is the lux package, it includes mid and High that gives you the most of options. That being said the FE is 59K and includes most of it..
I might be way off.
I really hope the hard top isnā€™t 2k

Hoping B and o a la carte

Hoping to keep under 50k
This is exactly what I'm hoping to do. I reserved an OB, but after doing a lot of research I think I want a BL spec'd exactly with these upgrades.

Iā€™d guesstimate $55K for the 2DR and $58K for the 4DR.

I agree. This is the build out that I am wanting as well.

I reserved a Badlands. Will be interesting to see what options are offered a la carte.

So a fully loaded BL is the same as an FE minus the graphics and badges? Youā€™ll have to wait a really long time to see more value on resell (if the BL comes in at under $60 and there is any ADM) hope the graphics look cool

Yes I agree if the FE is a spit distance away from the loaded Badlands that the FE is the better way to go, well unfortunately, those of us who didn't make the cut for 7,000 FE don't really have that luxury to still reserve a FE. With minimal details at time of release, was hard to go straight for the FE. Didnt I see somewhere, the FE had limited interior color options?

Have to factor in the upgrade from the manual to auto transmission as well since the 2.7EB comes only with the 10-AT and the Badlands is standard with the 7-MT.

I think itā€™ll be a ~$2500 upgrade moving from the 2.3EB/7-MT to the 2.7EB/10-AT.
