Great build. Have you found many uses for the traction boards in the east? For the given size, I've found other, more compact and readily available, methods for self-recovery. (bottle jack, winch, come-along, straps, et al)
If the maxtrax are used for leveling when you setup camp, I could see the value.
Thanks. I’m originally from Eastern NC and do quite a bit of surf fishing. Sand density can vary up and down the coast and the recovery boards have been simple and effective. At this point in my build, I don’t need anything more compact. The leveling aspect has been great also. That said, Bronco’s pitch and roll sensors generally help me find a great spot to sleep

Beautiful setup!

I have a question about the iKamper 3. Does the ladder end up serving as somewhat of a support for the tent?

I’m curious about this, because with the weight of the tent and 3 occupants it’s easy to surpass the weight capacity of the roof. I’m wondering if the ladder does any work to direct some of the load to the ground.

Thanks, and have fun!

Looks great! Did you mount iKamper by using the original mounts that come with a tent?
