Thanks. I’m originally from Eastern NC and do quite a bit of surf fishing. Sand density can vary up and down the coast and the recovery boards have been simple and effective. At this point in my build, I don’t need anything more compact. The leveling aspect has been great also. That said, Bronco’s pitch and roll sensors generally help me find a great spot to sleepGreat build. Have you found many uses for the traction boards in the east? For the given size, I've found other, more compact and readily available, methods for self-recovery. (bottle jack, winch, come-along, straps, et al)
If the maxtrax are used for leveling when you setup camp, I could see the value.
