Well, after 1400 miles mine is starting the rattle and it’s super annoying. I took all the panels off and tightened all the bolds and parts. We push up on roof and it doesn’t go away.

Took the panels off and shook them and of course, no noise, so have to look else ware.

Going to see if I can squirt some silicone around maybe.

Our 2011 Explorer (new) when you went 70+ mph, it sounded like a bee hive in the passenger "A" pillar.
Had the wind shield replaced due to a rock chip and it went away.

Looking for OWNER input with MIC roof in possession to comment on top rattles. Seeming to be a possible issue. Watched 3 videos seemed like all 3 had roof rattles. These were all units from reviewers...Maybe they were Pre-Pro? Hoping this isnt a huge issue.

I used search with multiple terms, didnt find a duplicate thread.

So last night I was Googling “Jeep Freedom Panel Rattles” and came across tons of post about it suggesting using Blaster Silicone Lubricant.

Today I pulled the roof panels, hit every peg with the lubricant and after that, no more rattle. It was quiet as can be.

Reading further, that lubricant is a great rubber maintainer so I’ll probably do this and hit the rubber seals on the car once a month for preventive maintenance.

Just happy the rattle is gone and had a great solution!
