The big issue I still have with the whole honeycomb layer is that if it's been applied over the whole cap (where the majority of the delams appear to be happening), is too thin to provide any meaningful strength. My hypothesis is…..

My question to Ford would be what About the Webasto tops? I have an FE coming so will end up with a Webasto top. If the design is as bad as you say I really don’t V want to be driving my family around in a POS roof that offers no protection at all!
