Looks like this news will make me get my deposit back if I can't get my 21' by the next few months. I refuse to take delivery of a 21' on or after October just to take a hit on depreciation two months later. Might as well wait for a 22' and get one during Q1 while Ford sorts out their shit.

You think they'd send them out with a coupon for replacement later, knowing there are issues with them? I cant imagine they'd do that. Shoot, I think I'd take it, but I can't imagine they'd do it.

Ive been saying since late 2020 that this has been a s*** show and people got all defensive. I also stated awhile back when Ford announced the no mod top for 21 and then the free headliner for hardtop orders that the writing was on the wall that it won't be long before we receive notice that its soft tops for everyone or push to 22. People didn't like that comment either but I hope they like eating crow!

For the love of god Ford! Let people buy Soft and Hard Tops and accept delivery without the hard top. Picking up the HT at a later date. I am sure there are a few of us here that would jump at that chance.
