@Mitch Panda Motorworks You realize the purpose of a recirculating BPV is to recirculate the already metered air, right? A MAF measures the air going into the engine (combustion chamber and bypassed) to fuel properly and venting to atmosphere throws off the calculation. This typically leads to misfueling that manifests as suit on the bumper, stumbles during accel/decel, or excessive A/F trims.

[EDIT] My mistake - the engines are MAP-based.

These cars are not MAF based

They are MAP based and doing this mod will not cause any negative issues with your engine! MPG may take a toll from your foot to hear the noise

There is a PCV it is routed between the Baffle Plate on the Engine Block & Intake Manifold which also Features a Check Valve!

Yes its perfectly safe to leave that open.

It seals internally unless open pushing air out.
