I thought MIC was $695 in BP.
How much to order a body color top from a Jeep Dealer parts department?
Mic is $695 and the Mod is $1900.

Sorry guys I'm having trouble following the math.
The soft top is FREE. And you MUST include it. Except in the top 2 models
And you can't "opt out"
I don't think the $700 for MIC deletes the soft top.
Does it?

If it does I am screwed.
I don't want MIC,OR the soft top.
I want Body Color and a Mesh BIKINI.

That's it. Sounds now like I'm screwed.
When you upgrade to the MIC top for $695, you are not getting the soft top as well. They keep it and replace it with the MIc.

Did you really think think that the MIC roof was only $695 alone? The pod lights alone are $650. For $45 more you could get an entire roof?!!!!

Yes, if you opt for the MIC you are deleting the soft top. So, like the poster above said, if you assume $1500 for a soft topic included in the msrp then the mic costs 2200 and a painted hard top will likely cost 3000+ from the parts counter. Wow!

The original price sheet stated that getting a MIC top in addition to the standard soft top was $3700

Not an expert, but I'd expect $3k plus to buy it from the dealer.

That's why we're going MIC now, maybe it doesn't look better(even though I'm not convinced that it looks bad), but it'll be much cheaper to add a soft top via aftermarket later opposed to buying a hard top later.

Thanks for clearing that up.

For $3k I would just paint the MIC top.
But I can't, because it has a grain, and would look stupid painted.

The more I think about it, the more waiting until 2022 makes sense.
