Perhaps the Lange Hoist-A-Cart could work for you.

I am thinking of getting one of these to store my Roofnest Falcon.
I’ll only want it on when needed (surfcast beach doesn’t allow tents on the ground, road trips, camping weekends, etc.) and want an easy way to store it in the garage. Bronco won’t fit in the garage so, ceiling hoist isn’t an option.

Storing your soft top shouldn't be an issue. I don't know about the Bronco one yet, but here is a picture of my Bestop Jeep soft top on the table. It could easily be carried into an apartment and stored under a bed.

They make storage bags that roll up and store the windows. If you dont want them rolled up, then use clips and hang them on the wall or in a closet. I also hang my trail doors on the wall for storage. Soft top when its removed hangs on the wall as well.

And to the OP…my jeep has a soft top and I live in CO and it snows pretty good. Regarding the wife concern…my wife’s solution to a soft top are those buttons on the steering wheel or at the nav screen (Volume Up/Volume Down).

On a related note how worried do I need to be about the soft top sitting out in the driveway in the snow/rain for 9 months of the year? I have a safe neighborhood so not worried about theft too much.

This was my original concern with the Bronco as well, currently live on the top floor of an apartment.

But with all the covid, chip delays and top issues I've gone from saving up for a Bronco down payment to having cash for the Bronco and saving up a house down payment by the time of delivery
