Get a mod top. The doggo can appreciate the gunner's hatch in the meantime and the rear windows are removable. The aftermarket will produce a slider to replace the removable windows.

Perhaps those with more seat time off-roading can chime in, but is the standard following distance between 18"-36"?

Seems a touch close unless they were trying to mate, or the Bronco was towing the jeep out with a short recovery strap.

I would get the $795 gearing option from the factory which is a 4.27. I don’t have a need for lockers. All I need is say a 0.5-1” lift to swap out the 32s with 33s. Am I missing something that requires additional upgrading?

You don’t even need a lift for 33’s or 34’s. They will nicely fill the wheel wells on the 100% stock suspension. Just be sure to get the shortest gears you can and go bananas with a cool rim/tires package to make her unique.
