Placed order today in Canada bc

Today I went and was able to place my Order here in Canada Vancouver bc
1000 dollars down refundable if I refuse bronco when m mine arrives and don’t like it
Also got a bunch of free stuff
Sales man didn’t know much at all they were ordering off of b and p
I was an October reservation and he said I should have mine bronco in august lol like I said they can place orders but they don’t know much at all

Also I did place order in January they will let me know idea update when I will get it also we went over everything packages and pricing

We agreed on price went to the finance guy went over price put down payment to garentee my order will be submitted to Ford in January

Order getting submitted in January to Ford order submitted to 3 different people who signed off on it you don’t sign anything till you get to see your bronco and just a office papers saying you placed order

Also I you put money down to garentee they order your bronco also I have in writing that when I see my bronco if there’s something wrong or I don’t like it some reason it’s what I thought I get all money back and they sell it

After my Alberta dealer asked me to do the same thing, even without order banks being open until mid January (per Ford), I contacted Ford Canada. Ford Canada said they'd be passing my situation on to Dealer Relations. Sounds like dealerships shouldn't be getting people to commit to orders before order banks open. I'm not willing to give my dealership money before I absolutely have to.

I know the sales manager somewhat, I used to work for this dealer years ago and deal with them on a daily basis through work. I just want to make sure they have an actual order guide and I can see what accessories I can order because Candian build and price has basically no accessories even shown compared to the American site.

Maybe this was just first step at least I didn’t get mark ups and they at least followed up with my reservation the other dealers I placed with didn’t even send me an email sales guy even phoned me
