No info from Ford, last update was back in September, and that stated we'd get some info on allocation in November (unless they send something today, that was wrong) and ordering would start in early December. Not sure if Dec ordering will still be the case or not (I expected order guides with build and price), but if they push it to January, it will be a pretty short period to convert that many orders.
