So after hours and hours of back and forth they acknowledged that they did not cut the rims to the proper spec. for the second time. On a positive note they are going to send some Oracle Fog lights as a make right/price match since the rims are now on sale.

Hopefully the brackets aren't all scratched up, like other people have noted.
