Actually, my daughter drove the crap out of that car. Started driving I mean “practicing” at 14. It was a stick. She drove it all through high school and college. Was a great car as far as reliability, just ugly as hell.

That car gets a lot of grief but it was really successful. It was a nice standard vehicle for a lot of folks.
Yeah, years later I found out some of the things that went on in the back of that car. I get your point about immoral.

Wherever the wires terminate, if Inget the AYX switches and the $650 Pod lights - I show up at the dealer, and they are in and warrantied.
it would be nice to have a slick custom feature‘effortlessly’.
So a question to ask a dealer in a few day is "I want to order the pod lights, but I'm not ordering the AUX switches, can I get it?"
That had a great motor. 1.9l four if my memory serves me correctly. She put almost 200k miles on it. The timing belt broke. Subframe rusted so bad the local Ford dealer had to put it on the roll on lift. Didn’t trust the Normal lift. But really put very little money into it. Mostly tie rods!

Ok, back to the topic at hand. The switches will be great if you plan to add any accessory that needs to be switched on. Putting in other switches doesn’t make sense to me. 195 is a bargain IMO.
