With the new news from Ford… Are you willing to wait until 2023 (possibly December 2022) for a painted hard top? Or is that too long of a wait? Will you go soft top now, and pay a premium for a painted top later?

This is BS. I just got the email saying I'm now a 2022 unless I want an ugly soft top. I Can't believe they would release a new vehicle without the proper options. How does it take three years to make painted hard tops?

I would never wait for 2023. 2.5 years for a vehicle? No. I’ve always been fine with the MIC but if this dumb ass car doesn’t come in the first half of next year my wife is picking something else whether she wants to or not.

contacted my dealer yesterday to un-99 my order. Changed it back to MIC top. 7/14 res so I might see it in a few months time now.

I'm going to drive one of the dealer units and see how it is on the highway. If it sucks I'll move on, if it's bearable for an 8 hour drive to a trail I'll just keep waiting.

I’me buying something else and it has taken the stress off of the Bronco wait immensely. It’s gone back to being a fun wait for the Bronco, which I think I’m going to love, instead of annoyance and anger. Feels better and I wish I had done it months ago.

Those of us who have never submitted a reservation and are waiting to see if/when their desired combination of features will actually be available.
