That isn’t a high voltage cable. Also that wasn’t a hybrid hog it was a diesel.

There are currently zero hybrid power trains in development. It’s in the pipeline but it is not currently being tested at the full vehicle level let alone in the Ford Performance lineup.

I originally planned to go for whatever the Gen 3 Raptor was going to turn out to be, but the Bronco was announced and my plans took a change... even though we are dealing with Bronco production issues, I do not want to go through the same process I had to endure for my Raptor... ADM's... allocations... unscheduled build delays... it took almost 2 years for me to finally get my Raptor!

If I were going for the Gen 3 I would probably stick with 35" rubber for the increased suspension travel and 3.5 H.O. EB powerplant. I think a force-induced V8 option is overkill and, like the TRX, maybe too much power for the suspension and be very front heavy.

v8 is too rich for my blood. I was watching a trx review where the owner said gas is 400 a month. Can you imagine buying a 90-100k truck and then on top of that paying 400 a month in fuel?

If you can afford a $100k vehicle the cost of gas is probably not an issue.

I'm not against hybrids other than that taxes I pay go toward someone else's rebate. If hybrids and EVs are so great, why do they need to be subsidized? I am not a fan of EVs. If my ICE runs out of gas in the middle of no where, I just need a can of gas to get it running again. What are the options in that scenario with an EV?

lol. Keeping my bronco. Actually waiting on the warthog also. There is a bill working itself through Congress that if a hybrid is built in a union factory then it will qualify for a 12,500 tax credit. Rumor has it that the warthog will have a hybrid option. If this all works out then I will buy 2.
