Seems about perfect. From the driver side you have the steering wheel to grab but the passenger side is a little tough to use the grab handle on the dash. This works perfect for my wife.

Unwise to install in front of airbags. But your choice. Hope you never find that out the hard way.

It’s a side curtain airbag, intended to fire downward in front of the window not out. Besides, the plastic molding will push it out of the way when the bag deploys.

The paradors ones? It's always black and [whatever color you choose]. That's how it is on Jeeps too. So first color choice is black and second color choice is [whatever].

Guess other side is most people will never have to know as they'll never be deployed. And for those who do, if it effects things, oh well.

we installed these last week. They mount on existing screws and since they swing freely and made of soft flexible nylon, I do not see that they would affect airbag.

They help with getting in and are worth their price.
