I used the FORScan and updated the PowerPoint time outs to its maximum, which should be over 18 hours.

however, not for sure which “PowerPoints” are affected by this change. I have a badlands with sas, lux, and leather package. So it has USB connections on the dash, one on front center console, a 12v outlet in the center console, then USB on center console for rear seat, a 120v ac outlet, then a 12v outlet in the cargo area.

The 120v outlet still cuts off when you kill the engine and turn off the vehicle, the usb connections seem to remain alive for the 18 hours but both 12v outlets seem to turn off after about 30 min.

This isnt great as I have a fridge connected to the 12v cargo outlet? Is this a known issue?
Is it a known issue that the 120v cuts off when the vehicle is turned off? This seems pointless to me, and seems that I should install a direct 12v line for the fridge and for a sepperate inverter then?

I was a little bummed out as well because I was used to my Jeep where I could switch the fuse to leave the back 12 volt plug powered on forever.

But in reality, typically you need a power station anyway. So it actually works out pretty nice...

You plug your fridge into your power station. You plug your power station into the Bronco. So while you're driving, and around 30 minutes after, your power station is charging.

Before, in my Wrangler, when I would stop (say for camp).. I'd have to go in the back and either switch the fridge cable from the Jeep to the power station. Or unplug the power station... Now I just leave it all be.

In addition, I have my Midland radio wired up in my center console tapped into the 12 volt plug. So when I shut the Bronco off on the trail, my radio keeps working. But If I leave the Bronco powered off for 30 minutes, it kills the radio.

I'm more concerned about the 30 minute idle limit.

I had this working with the PowerPoint disabled for the brake controller in my Bronco when towing behind the RV. Now the setting still shows disabled but power point goes off immediately when ignition off. I even enabled it and the original default settings of the timeout don't work, it still goes off immidiately. Ford did some OTA that messed this up

Mine was working fine as well set to disabled which left the rear 12V powerpoint active all the time.
Something changed as forscan still says disabled. I tried enabling, changing timeout, etc. No change. It immediately goes off once the Bronco is turned off.
Anybody have any ideas? I have some LED lights with an enclosure back there, dark as hell unless
if leave the Bronco running.
