The $4700 jump from Base to BB is silly. There is nothing additional in BB worth that. The only reason I considered it was because I could add...for an additional cost...rear lockers. Rethought and now am going to be pricing out Base+? verses Black Diamond.

Buy the base, add aftermarket lift kit, add wheels and 35” or 37” tires

If survey pricing is accurate ($5k for sasquatch) then going aftermarket for just lift and wheels alone will cost almost that much, and you're giving up a factory warranty as well as the additional off-road goodies that comes with Sasquatch

The nice thing about the factory Sasquatch is that they should gear it correctly. I changed the gears in my last Jeep and they were never perfect. Always made noise and I had certified pros do the work. If you add up gears, lockers, wheels, tires, lift, shocks you will be over $5k and it might not be perfect. If you’re considering 34”+ Sasquatch is a no brainer. The question is could you run 33” tires on the base with the manual and have the gears be okay? Because I agree 33s look great and I’m not a fan of the wider fender flares that come with Sasquatch.

I have to put numbers into a spreadsheet and/or chart to make sense of them. The way the 4 door price curve compares to the 2 door pretty clearly shows that the 2dr base was purposely held low, and the 4dr FE was inflated.

Or pricing was tailored by model and door selection based on customer demographic and pricing strategy?

I own Ford stock - I want them to make a profit off this vehicle and every model and option.

All I am saying that that the 2 Door Sport does not come standard with a/c which mirrors the pricing sheet that was posted here.
I'd never buy it.

Well Im sold on 4dr Base ManSquatch but the rubber floors is really a big problem with all the mud and sand here. Cant wash out carpet.

Just get some of those deep rubber floor mats. When I lived in the great white north I had them, just pull the mat out out, beat it on your squatch 35s for 3 seconds and replace. No time when it is cold to be screwing with a vacuum or water hose. Works the charm with both snow and sand.
Even had them in my F150 here in Florida, worked holding the mucky swamp water from the boat ramp also.

Here are the price differences based on trim levels from Base up to First Edition.

They are identical up to First Edition where the 4-Door has an increased premium over the 2-Door models.
