I like that Ford is offering the Stroppe, kind of.At least, yep! Stroppe also gets the modular bumper vice the capable of the HE-L and the black hood and tailgate are wrapped so you know Ford is going to charge for that as well plus the Bronco sticker on the sides. Only thing I can think that will swing cheaper on the Stroppe from the HE-L is no leather option, it's listed as vinyl seats which seemed odd to me.
I really really like the Stroppe but it's going to be roughly twice what I paid for my HE and even if I had the cash lying around I don't know about the value in that. If I had this to do all over again I would have picked Race Red for my HE and gone the route of @EvilJim1971!
That would be nice, the Wrangler currently starts at $32,690.I think Ford shocks the world comes closer to whatever Jeep is charging for their 'base'.
Was just looking over the '25 Wranglers and price aside, I didn't know that 5 of their 6 trims you can get in a 2 door AND a manual transmission! Only the Sahara forces you into a 4 door and automatic.I think Ford shocks the world comes closer to whatever Jeep is charging for their 'base'.
Yeah, I follow along with Jeep as my wife has a 21 Sahara. I like that you can get most trims in M/T with Jeep, I think that's a good idea, especially within the off road community. Was just looking over the '25 Wranglers and price aside, I didn't know that 5 of their 6 trims you can get in a 2 door AND a manual transmission! What was the MSRP on that? I just did a price and build on the MY24, adding very little, paint (anything other than white cost $)/hardtop w liner/auto, came out North of $57KI’d love a base 2-door again, but If it’s $40k, I’ll just keep my new ‘23 $40K rubicon gladiator I got in August:
I don't blame you, that's a nice looking truck! I love my Base 2DR, but if they price them at $40K, my 22 will be my last Base 2 DR!I’d love a base 2-door again, but If it’s $40k, I’ll just keep my new ‘23 $40K rubicon gladiator I got in August:
Sticker was almost $61K, worked the dealer for months until they finally caved in for 34% off sticker. Mind you, it’s a ‘23, so pretty soon two years oldWhat was the MSRP on that? Dealers are giving away Gladiators right now. There's deals out there for sure. What was the MSRP on that? I just did a price and build on the MY24, adding very little, paint (anything other than white cost $)/hardtop w liner/auto, came out North of $57K
It's way, way cheaper. Check out Sas in the build and price for 2024, going through each trim.It is cheaper to add Sasq to a Badlands because you already have the front and rear lockers, better axles and suspension, etc.
Nailed it...I think. Base might even be a bit higher as the original base was a loss leader to get attention. Here are my guesses.
Base is going to be at least $34,900, and they will probably charge extra for any paint color other than Oxford White (because Jeep, Yo).
Base Sasquatch will be an additional $9,995 (or more).
Big Bend will start at $42,995; but that mid-package is "free".
Black Diamond Package on Big Bend will be a minimum of $4,995 and Sasquatch will be a minimum of another $4,995 on top of that. Black Appearance package will also be one of Ford's famous $4,995 packages.
Stroppe will be $68,995. Because limiting the 2.7 to only one two door trim makes complete sense to the geniuses in the c-suite.
We'll see how close I am soon.
It's hard to tell. The 2024 order bank still being open doesn't have any barring. Almost all of the order bank opening and closing over lap. Super Duty had both open at the same time. Reason is that dealer will have allocation to use for 2024 production and they aren't ready to schedule for 25 yet. When does everyone think the pricing will be available for the 2025s?
