A lifelong Chevy guy, I gave up on the Bowtie with the failed Camaro and that new Blazer...what an embarrassment. It looks like a Kia, which looks like a Hyundai, which looks like a Honda, which...you get the point. It's no more off-road ready than the Griswold Family Truckster...wait...
Despite all of the failings of the Bronco launch, at least Ford is making an enthusiast's vehicle with some character and purpose which doesn't sh!t all over the legacy trucks that started it all.
First, that's a very uninspired photoshop. It's a Colorado ZR2 with a cut-and-paste of some Tahoe parts as a bed cap. My favourite bit is the lights in the middle of the roof, that would typically be mounted on the "sport bar." I don't know who made this image, or why, but simply put, it's just not relevant, or worth discussing.
Second, I'd guess that "Grand Blazer" would simply be a slightly larger, or more luxurious version of the current Blazer offering, as the article text suggests, or perhaps just a rename of the Blazer for sales in Argentina. The Blazer would definitely be larger (grander) than many vehicles sold in Argentina. I have no reason to believe that it would have anything to do with an off road vehicle, comparable to a Wrangler or Bronco. They are only throwing those buzz words in there to get clicks.
