Production date 7/19 but no update?

Hello,
Our order has shown in production since 7/19 and has not changed status since. I have checked with the dealer and they have been absolutely no help. In fact, they are mostly unresponsive. Window sticker is attached; can someone provide any insight? Much appreciated.
