Production output volume per day of the Bronco?

If Ford has no supply chain issues and assembly is “ normal” does anyone know approximately how many Broncos can roll off the line in on 24 hr period?
I sure am hoping to enter an order in end of 2022 to get it maybe in 2024?

The only thing that really matters is whether or not the dealer you choose has allocations available and is willing to give you one.

Because of the dealer allocation system Ford implemented after the first wave of reservations and orders there are some who ordered just a few months ago and already have their rig in hand while others ordered in July of 2020 with dealers who don’t have many allocations and might not get theirs next year.

I agree with what @Tilzbow said. It depends on your dealer. Find one who doesn't have a bunch of orders and go with them. I did that and it worked, twice.

It seems they are pushing out 12,000 per month, 6 days per week. It’s more like 500/day.

August production was just over 15,000. Assuming they worked 6 days per week that’s 555 per day. That’s a lot of ponies…..

If you're referring to the xxx/700 place in line, remember that also includes Rangers being built in that line as well. It's better to take the known production numbers and divide by the number of working days in a month as others did above. Furthermore, the second number for the place in line could be more than one day worth of production.

Yeah... you're more in line with reality.
I also calculated using August 2022 production numbers (15,000 rounded) and work days in August (23) and came up with ~652/day. If you use 6 days/week, that is 27 working days in August. That would yield ~555/day.

So, ~500-650/day would be a good rough estimate.

It’s hard to say but production should go up and the line will get shorter. Ford had a mountain of reservations by day 2. It seems a typical walk-in order wait time is 8-10 mos now. The other side of the bell curve is 4 mos or 18 mos.
It depends on the dealer. When order banks open up try to get a feel for the wait time, and try to read the sales guy to see if he knows anything and is being honest.

MAP was built out to handle 1,000-1,100 units a day @ 2 - 10 hour shifts. 5 days a week. With a Saturday catch up day here and there. This units per day includes Rangers/Broncos. Im out of the loop lately so not sure how their shifts are running right now, but Bronco was always planned to be ~150,000 units per year, built alongside the Ranger.
