Proper Bronco wave etiquette???

I am confused. I think we need to establish a standard. Are we supposed to wave, give a thumbs up or lift two fingers off the wheel when we pass each other. Fellow Bronco owners...what say you?

No idea honestly, there's a velocity Blue BD I see on base and he just does a full palm wave hand out the window.

Another one I saw at the NEX fueling station did the same thing, well he had his window up but still.
