I see quite a few threads on protecting from rust and road salt damage. I was YouTubing the other day and came across this product called SaltsGone.
Has anyone used this product and how well does it work. it looks very promising. Check out the website and voice your option

Interesting, I had read about other options like: What takes salt off of cars? Mix equal parts warm water and white vinegar.

I also read: The combination of salt and vinegar creates sodium acetate and hydrogen chloride. This chemical reaction will take an old penny and shine it like new. ... If water is introduced to the mix or the penny is left soaking in the salt/vinegar solution, it will corrode quickly and turn green.

This does seem better.
Seeing the 1 gallon and pump up sprayer package sure seems better than a hose in winter.
Our normal pattern is we get winter spells followed by a days high 30's.
This may be worth a try.
