I took my BL into the dealership a couple of days ago to look at an alert on the passenger side airbag, and also asked them to check the front floor vents as I was getting no heat and airflow
The other vents were fine

They took the dash apart and found that the passenger duct wasn't installed correctly

It's a little better now, still not great
I suspect the design is not great for the floor vents to begin with, but now I'm at least getting something

I've read a few complaints about this, so sharing FWIW

I'm having a similar issue but haven't taken it in yet. I have Base HVAC and went I manually turn on/off the floor vents there is barely a difference.

I moved my drivers side seat all the way forward to run some wires, and noticed my rear floor vents were feeding directly under the washout floors  An easy fix to push the shell of the floor down and it’s fixed. Passenger side was fine.

Something else to keep an eye open for…

Good to know. I noticed when installing my brake control and removing the center floor console cover that the vent connection (can see it directly in front of the shifter once cover is removed) going to the rear was misaligned as its a butt/slip joint type. I’ll be diving back in there to run more wiring and may tape that joint seam for better connection.

Report these issues to FORD (do not assume the Dealer will) so it gets corrected/design change at the factory.
