Hey all. Just wanting to confirm that this is considered a purchase price agreement so I don’t get stuck with adm at the last minute. I have signed off on my order sheet from my dealer that has all options and msrp price listed. Is that all I need or should I ask for another specific document?

That’s not a guarantee. You need something you both have signed showing the agreement. Paying MSRP, $500 over etc. Order sheet is nothing more than a printout of Ford pricing.

Not all dealerships markup after the fact. It’s just safer to have a signed contractual agreement if your dealership is unfamiliar. Ours, Crossroads of Dunn and Crossroads of Southern Pines both did MSRP. They were true to their word and always there for the recalls and TSBs.

This is true. All I had was a signed order sheet and a hand shake at Cresent Ford in High Point. Picked it up at msrp listed on original order despite 2 price increases during wait

Got this email back from the GM at my dealer. I’m assuming this should suffice?
