No, reservation is $100 and refundable if you cancel. Orders can start to be placed with your dealer on 7 Dec. Financing will take place when you take delivery.

You will apply for whatever financing you desire at the time of purchase, when you go to pick up the vehicle. You can set up financing before (financing offers will expire after a set time to account for changing interest rates and the like), so you can check other banks or credit unions. You do not have to finance through Ford Credit

Anywhere from 12-18 months is too long to “pre-approve” someone..

I noticed my what’s next letter had a preapproved amount on it. Not sure what that is based on, but it’s there and it was way more than I plan to spend.
