Yes, it actually works pretty well if you know how to use it.

Was pointed out to me that more nefarious things are afoot besides people’s search function inadequacies.

Haha, saw this old post and it's kinda quirky. Since I'm no legal expert, my advice would be to play it safe—finding a reliable dealer might be the smoother route.
