If you rotate them regularly it will keep them from droning, so they may make some noise but they shouldn’t sound awful. Don’t forget to rotate in the spare!

Nitto Trail Grapplers are the quietest that I’ve had.
Agreed. I run them on my Jeep and my daily driver F150. They are a good balance between on-road and off-road tires. I also rotate my tires religiously at 5k miles

Edit. I run TERRA Grapplers and not Trail Grapplers.

KO2's are hot garbage in the rain. I've had two sets of them in 35" size. I like them okay, but they suck in the rain. I have Trail Grapplers on there now, they're better in the rain, and pretty dang good in the snow too. They're a bit louder than KO2's though.

I've had terra grapplers, ridge grapplers and trail grapplers. They're all quite for the tire. Terra is the quietest, but you lose some of the aggressiveness. Ridge Graps were my personal fav.

The best all around tire on the market, no competition, is the Michelin LTX Defender. Rain: Amazing. Summer: Good. Winter: Ok. Off Road: ok for spot duty, not an off road tire by any stretch. The only tire I buy for our LT/passenger cars in the family.

That said, there is no perfect tire for all situations. Rubber gets hard in the cold and loses grip, that's why winter tires are mostly made of silica. Silica doesn't wear as well as rubber. Truth is All-season tires will be the quietest, last the longest, but will perform really good in only rain and pretty average to poor in other areas (winter, off road, etc).

I've found modern mud tires to be pretty quiet when cared for. Do get louder as they age due to flat spots.

Sorry for the tire rant...

I’ve got K02 on my 96 Bronco and 19 F150 crew. IMO the quietest and smoothest riding tire available
Do you know what rating they are? Seeing different things online about E vs C

Nitto Trail Grapplers are the quietest that I’ve had.
But the Trail Grapplers are garbage for any sort of wet/slippery conditions. The Ridge Grapplers are a much better tire for both off-road and on-road duty.

Thanks for posting that about Nitto Terra Grapplers. I’ll store that little tidbit away for future reference. That is my biggest concern with getting the Sasquatch package because 70% of the time I’ll be driving on roads.
Interesting how similar the tread pattern is to the OEM Sasquatch tires though. Maybe that is a good sign? 🤔

Are you talking about the current generation K02? I had the original K02 and they were downright scary in the rain. I heard the current ones were supposed to have improved.

This might give an idea of tire noise. I would think it would be louder on the road.

I have 34’s Nitto RidgeGrapplers on my F150, very quiet for how aggressive they are.
