Thanks for posting. That OBX is my exact build.

The height difference is probably because the badlands with non-OEM tire has a more true-to-size 35" tire on it. And that comparison is already making me want to swap the SAS flares for a non-SAS flare.

This is my BL, non-sas, with the optional beadlocks on BFG 285/75/17 Mud Terrains. My goal was a little chunkier look with a more aggressive tread pattern. No rubbing even at full turn. Didn’t touch crash bars. I needed to shave a little off the spare tire rubber stops to accommodate the added thickness. 3rd brake light in original position. I lost a little ride quality and added a little road noise. Exactly the look I wanted.

Bought tires back on Memorial Day when on sale. Paid about $1800 less $70 rebate (Simpletire.com) for 5 tires and $150 for mount/balance (local Firestone).

I finally removed all of my doors and my Top as well! I do have the optional stowing door bags but did not bother to put the doors in as I was just excited to hit the road! Everything went pretty smoothly! I will definltey be putting some paint protection on the door edges as the top portion especially can be subject to a small scratch or knick when being removed however nothing that is too big of a deal! I did use the fender protectors that they give you however they can only help so much..

Overall the feel on the road is fantastic! I even hit the highway for a short period of time however I quickly jumped off when I realized that air was getting under the rear mats and almost hit the highway themselves!

The removal of the soft top was slightly more difficult only because this was a 90+degree day and the metal was HOT. I would recommend 3 people for lifting the top off of the vehicle just for comfort reasons. Me and my brother were able to do this fine however a third person certainley would have been of good help!

Putting everything back on was much easier mostly because of what we had already been through! It is defitnely a little bit of a learning process and now that I have done it once I am much more confident in doing it many more times in the future!

Very excited for the future of my First new vehicle!! Now to save some for accessories!!!

Built 7/12/21 and was scheduled for delivery 8/12 to 8/18.

dealer call 7/29 - my truck was the first one to arrive at the dealership of the 42 they will be getting. I haven’t seen one in town yet. Feeling lucky!!

Couldn’t give them my 18 year old vehicle quick enough.

Love how it handles, surround sound is
amazing, 10 in screen is the perfect size for me, seat is super comfortable and best is all I can open the soft top on handed-not bad for middle aged women.
Only issue, I can’t park it in the garage with the top open. It won’t clear the door.

I’m 1000% ecstatic with my choice!!!
