The one thing that surprised me was the marine grade vinyl seats.
Saw the same two in STL a couple days earlier.
I was blown away by how nice the MGV seats were. Far better than the nicest boat seats I've seen.

Since I ordered the WildTrak, MGV isn't a factory option, but I would seriously consider ordering from parts, or swapping out with a wrecked Badlands. It'd be a direct swap for me since I went with non-power seats anyway. I wasn't going to pay 2k+ for Ford leather... never been a fan of Blue Oval Cows.

MPG 1000+ miles was at 15.8. Rep said it was a pre-production model so it could change slightly.

Was this the 2.3L engine or the 2.7?
The Race Red Bronco is the one I took most of the pics of, It was the 2.7. If I were thinking I would have got the MPG on the other one but my brain was in overload for sure (I'm fairly sure it was a 2.7 as well).

Thanks for posting this. The MGV seats look really good, and your close-up pictures were very helpful. I feel more confident in my order of MGV instead of the leather.

I seen these same ones in St Louis Mo on
Went to the Bronco Showcase at Kansas Rocks Recreation Park today. Got access to put my hands on a Bronco for the first time, definitely met my expectations. Both were 4-door, both Badlands non-squach, both had soft tops.

Plenty of room in the front seat, I'm 5'11", had the drivers seat somewhere in the middle. I did fit in the back seat with the front seat all the way back (see in pics).

MPG 1000+ miles was at 15.8. Rep said it was a pre-production model so it could change slightly.

The one thing that surprised me was the marine grade vinyl seats. I opted for the leather trimmed seats (because I had to have heated seats) but the vinyl seats were great. Looked good, had a pleasant texture, all around very nice.

The reps were awesome, answered all of the questions they could. Had a great presentation, took off doors for anyone who wanted to see, folded up the tops,... All around a great experience. My friend had to drag me away

the last MPG capture showed 16.2!!! it gets worse and worse every time a picture comes out .... is this gauge not working properly or should we expect these dismal numbers in MPG??!!

In some lighting I really love the Race Red, in other lighting I don't at all. I ultimately went with A51 as it seems to really have the best looks in all shades of lighting. Great pics!

You're trolling, right? I don't know why everyone is so hung up on MPG. It will be comparable to a Jeep. I'd expect A stock 4d Badlands to = a Stock 4d Rubicon with the Turbo motor, not the pentastar. My guess is still 19 combined on most trims, 18 combined on SAS. I think the proper gearing for SAS size tires will keep the MPG more competitive than people think. Either way, you aint getting 25 MPG.

Noooo why do u say that? I've been looking up 2.7L and 2.3L engines on the F150 and Ranger respectively and they are nothing like these numbers .... its a small engine for crying out loud .... Ecoboost engines are touted as good on gas!!

What is the control on the upper-left side of the steering wheel? The one with the Bronco and the 3 parallel lines...

I believe it is to set the follow distance for the adaptive cruise control.

My order is Velocity Blue but I was considering Rapid Red at one time. My wife has a 2016 Ruby Red Explorer Sport, we really love that color and I think it's fairly close. I think it would look great with a shiny Modular Hardtop but I don't think it looks as good with all of the matte black features on the Bronco. In person I think the Race Red was the better of the 2, just fit a little better IMO.

Just some comparison of Ruby Red and the replacement color, Rapid Red:
