Radio interference when using ditch or fog lights with Aux switches

Hmm. that is a quality ground with 12AWG. It may be the lights. I do run all rough country lights and never had any interference. Let us know how the ambers work for you.

I used the grounding point by the driver side cowl for both lights

That’s where mine are. Just called the dealer they won’t have mine finished until tomorrow.

These ditch lights have Amber and white and put out a lot of light for a inexpensive unit. I only noticed because mines ate the dealer getting a new axle and I drove the wife’s and was messing with switches lol.

Electromagnetic interference is likely the culprit. Try getting some ferrite clamps for the wires.

Clamp one around each set of positive and negative wires.

If you've ever looked at a power supply for a laptop or similar...you've seen one.

LED lights are prone to this, especially cheap/low quality.

Having this issue with my Diode Dynamic ditch lights. I’ll move the ground and see if that fixes it, but I’m using the cowl ground that most people are using.
