Yea, the blue was way more subtle than in pictures. I also have an order for a Badlands with Brandon Ford. I'm super excited about the MGV and was hoping they would have had an example yesterday. How has your experience been with the sales team there?
My sales guy bought my mustang from me so I would like to think I have a good relationship with him. Brandon Ford has been excellent in the past with my previous purchases. I think with the way Ford is doing Bronco it kind of thrown all dealerships for a loop. I had to poke and prod a bit when it came to ordering at first. Before order time they had been dead silent which I thought was a bit odd. They created a bronco specialist email and page to help with ordering and questions which I think is good. They also have to be careful not to give out wrong information which is a good policy as well. How has your experience been?

Were the mud flaps an option on the B&P that I missed? I kind of like them.

Might be an early mod after we get our OBX.
Mud flaps are options for the Big Bend and Base models. They don't seem to be available for other trim packages. I personally don't think the look all that great.

I believe they're a dealer-installed option, but not compatible with the tube step that's standard on the OBX. That step may serve a dual purpose of keeping some of the mud off the body anyway.

Mine was the the same. Nothing from them for months, then finally an email from the sales team to convert the order. They were great about adding the sound deadening for the hard top to my order once Ford offered that as a no-cost option. I've asked a few people at the dealership about allocations and my order position, but they either don't know or are unable to share that info. Ford as a manufacturer seems to have done very little to train the dealership staff about the bronco. I spoke to a mechanic yesterday who said they had not received any info yet.

I misspoke. They did not have a base model Bronco present at the event. I meant to say the cheaper plastics you tend to find in the base models of vehicles across manufacturers is not evident in the Bronco. I would agree, with the exception of the seats, the interior materials between the OBX and Big Bend were identical. The Base model Bronco should also have the same materials.
Ah, that's what I was hoping you were saying. Thanks for clarifying!

Yeah, they are pretty tight lipped about allocations and order position. I have 7/14 reservation so I am pretty sure I should make the cut. I agree they were great about adding the sound deadening headliner. I told them to add it and same day I got confirmation and a new order sheet for my records. I think bronco training is coming from Ford. Hopefully sooner rather than later but I think most maintenance , I can handle myself.
