Anyone add the raptor lights and either Baja or Diode amber fogs? Was wondering how close they may be in color and/or with the Diode amber backlights. Any other pics with amber fogs? Thanks

Yes very easy find desired circut,remove fuse from fuse block,replace with one of these,it will be the power either keyed or hot always on whichever you decide..

more dumb questions from me. Did you end up doing this? I mirrored OP’s instructions but am still interested in having them tie into something where they would be on when the vehicle is remote started.
Basically everyone else gets to enjoy them when I drive, but I never get to see them on since the vehicle has to be fully on (not just remote started) for the Aux switches to throw power

Would love to know if you did this and which you tapped into. Thanks!

I finally got around to doing this mod. I used an add a fuse tap (Micro 2 size) to tap into the engine compartment fuse block. I ended up piggy backing on Fuse #22, which is the 360 degree camera and is active when the ignition is on and illuminates when doing remote start. It's a 10 amp fuse.

My current challenge with the add a fuse tap is getting the fuse box cover back on and sealed; the wire exiting the box gets in the way and there does not seem to be a designed exit point. Working on/looking for a solution.

Overall, this is nice add-on and I like the end product but it took more time/work than I expected and more than perhaps it's worth. But, once I got going into it, it became more of a conquest to get it completed and looking good. Used PET sleeving for the wires with shrink wrap to keep it all neat.

Thanks man! Got mine done today. Used a soldering iron to cut them, install, then melt them to the grill. Went with the clear version.

Used the harness out of this kit. Just soldered the pig tails onto the new light. Has enough to get the the drivers side fire wall. Lights are way to small for the grill.

Was comparing these to another recent similar product entry and I'm liking the smoked amber better. In fact, was just outside walking by my Bronco and noticed when off, they blend into the shadows of the grill and when on they have a nice amber glow to them.

Just installed these today. Easy install, the only advice I’d offer is to be gentle with the plastic caps that hold the radiator cover and to make sure you pull on the top piece of the cap itself and then the bottom.

These lights and what they are supposed to stand for have been rendered meaningless by all the fuckin bros who wanna look like they have a Raptor at night.

Oh shit. My Bronco is wider than 80”, am I required to have them?? Ya’ll are hilarious. A Raptor is 80 inches wide and an F-150 is 79.9 inches. I own neither, and in fact this Bronco is my first Ford I’ve ever owned. But it’s not lost on me that .1 inches is important to owners of these trucks. Lol.

These are the diode SS3 Pro’s. Definitely more yellow than the Baja.

It worked to tap into headlight on fuebox, but it worked too well. The raptor lights went on and stayed on even with the vehicle power turned off.

I ended up taking out my headlight and using a vampire tap into the parking light wire.
