I am little frustrated less than 300 miles. I have opened and closed it a few times and it doesn’t go away.

I saw this once any it was it wasn’t closing hard enough. I basically had to let it drop once I was 3/4 of the way closed. Not saying this is your issue but may be worth a try. If not it’s an easy fix at the dealer but of course no less frustrating

Screw in the little stoppers at each corner on the rad support a little bit. This will let the hood close further and fix your issue. A lot of us with regular broncos had that issue

Is it just a momentary switch on a bracket of some sort? Where is the hood switch located?

Yes! Where is the switch? Mine does this, I just shut it harder and it goes away. It’s happened a few times but luckily it doesn’t stay on.

This has happened to me less than a couple hundred miles in. Randomly the sensor dings driving down the highway. Hopefully it doesnt become an issue.

Hood stops lower. Ours on the Wildtrak was triggering the alarm every so often. But turned a Quarter turn on the stops and no more random alarm triggers.

I'll ask again, where is the hood switch? Is it a momentary somewhere? Is it built into the hood catch itself (worse design). They usually have some adjustment to them but purely depends on what type of switch it is and where.

It’s right there in the latch, not sure what type of switch it is, but it is there no adjustment that I noticed. I gave it a quick look and that’s all. (My post above) it only started doing that after I raised the hood stops to tighten the hood.
