I am looking at installing the rough country hidden winch setup for my 2.3L Bronco. I've been trying to get a view of how the winch skid fits in relationship to factory or off road skid plates. While we do not rock crawl, we do want protection under our bronco. Can anyone share perspective or a picture? I am assuming that the RC winch skid doesn't go back as far as the factory plastic skid, so there would be a gap between the two.

My RC hidden mount fits perfectly with factory skids The RC bashplate/fairlead mount replaces your factory bash. The factory engine skid fits as usual. The winch mount channel acts as the skid between the bashplate and engine skid. The RC bashplate leaves large voids on either side. I cut the ends off my plastic bash to fill in the voids.

Thank you. I see you have a baseplate as well. Good info. I have the mod bumper, so while I have ordered the winch, I am a little concerned about the bumper spacers fitting because I actually have to cut the factory bumper brackets.
