Rear Drivers Side Seat "BROKEN"

So,
I took delivery of 2022 Bronco BL 2Dr 10 days ago and the first time I attempted to fold seat down by pulling release on seat upright, "It failed" and no seat collapse.

Has anyone had similar happen?

I call dealer and they commented about a recall and defective seat?

Anyone know of recall?

If the cable is off track then is it generally straight forward to dis assemble seat without removing entirely from truck?

All help appreciated..

No recall listed. Just the two for the windshield and child door lock. Don't even see a TSB. In any event, should be covered under warranty.
