First post. Been stalking awhile. Last name is “Ford.”

What are the chances of being able to set 3 in the back seat of the 2door? We’ve got 3 kids.

I’m assuming 4 door will allow you to set 3 in back.

Is 2door/4door wider than wrangler?

Appreciate the insight!

Everything I’ve seen points to the Bronco being a little wider than the Jeep, but no specs or details have been released yet. No idea about interior design either. This thing has been so very well thought out, however. There might even be an option for a flip-up third seat up on the roof! ?
Seriously I hope it’ll work for you as it’s Looking to be a great rig.
Welcome, BTW. Good to have you!
Especially someone from the “Ford” family!!

If the Bronco rear seat (2-door) is similar to the Isuzu Amigo (which I believe it will be), then yes, three kids will fit back there. I‘ve had three in mine with two of them in booster seats. I guess we’ll know for sure tomorrow.

Here’s the best pic I could find on the internet. Too lazy to go take a picture of mine. ? There are three belts. The center seat is smaller (aren’t they always), but kids are too, so the math works. Given that the Bronco will be wider, I’m very hopeful about this.

What if the 2 door is more of a 2+2 setup? I'm skeptical
It could be but then premium cargo space is lessened. The seats probably slide back and forward a bit, and hopefully remove easy.
Cant wait until tomorrow!

Or premium cargo space is enhanced! Lol
I gotta expect easily removable AND fold flat for both 2 and 4 door.
Maybe rear buckets in the 2 door! Separately removeable would be awesome.
Sounds like they put a LOT of thought into this... I'd be a little disappointed with anything less.

My personal opinion is go with the 4 door, you'll thank me later.

First off, realize this is NOT a FSB where the front seats slide forward and flip up and you could easily get/fit 3 adults back there.

This is much closer to the size of a Jeep (we've owned a 2 door and now a 4 door). Sure you can squeeze 3 adults back there and can also easily fit 3 kids back there. What it comes down to is ease of access. The 2 door is just that much more of a pain in the ass trying to get them back there.

If it helps, the Ranger seats 4 in the super cab and 5 in the super crew.

my only question is storage in the 2 door. There are pictures of the 2door without rear seats and with rear seats.

If you can remove the seats that would be amazing. But im getting a small feeling it might be a trim level where you can have a 2 seater with lots of storage in the back vs a 4 seat jeep clone

But we’re talking about kids. Without booster seat regulations, I could fit 4 kids across in the back of my Isuzu. Most recently, I’ve had three 12-year olds back there without issue.

The Wrangler is unique in that it is a cab-rearward design. A lot of space is wasted by that long hood. Ford won’t have that issue with the Bronco.

size is all that left on my decision making list. if ti was based on the F150, I'd know there's be plenty of room. w/ it based on the ranger, not so sure. I want more space than my JKU & my concern is this will be comparable to it & not necessarily larger. fingers crossed.

For the 2-door, I’m hoping for something like my honda element. Two seater in back with stow-able flipup seats that can be removed individually. I run 3 seats in it for best balance of seating and cargo.

Probably won’t get the stowable option with the Bronco, but I hope I can remove just one rear seat.
