I'm really happy with them. They perform well, function with all of the oem stuff, dont over extend the cvs or need to be rebuilt every 20k miles like the kings/fox. I got them shipped to my door for $850 from rockauto.com and install wasn't too bad. I did the loan a tool spring compressor from autozone. After install you will need an alignment.
Not cheap at the moment…Did you catch them on sale?

I am very disappointed in ford service at the moment

I love my bronco , it was and still is a. Vehicle I always wanted and its the very first vehicle I've bought brand new
But recently both rear shocks have completely failed and one shock has lost the reservoir
This is my daily driver and it hasn't really seen any off-roading other than Michigan roads ( some might consider that off roading with the state of some of these roads)
I took my vehicle into the dealership on September 16th and was told that it would be covered by my warranty and that they would get the parts ordered, yesterday on October 2nd the service tec called to inform me that the parts were in but would not be covered by my warranty.
When asked for a explanation of why I was told driffent, they replied with ford warranty will cover struts not shocks.
After asking how much it will cost ( $1600+) for both rear shocks at that ford dealer.

I feel like a massive sucker for buying the extended warranty and thinking that ford would fix a defective part as ive seen other bronco owners with the same issues

My bronco is a 2 door 2022 black diamond with Sasquatch package, picked it up on October 12th of that year and it has a little over 50,000 on it now .
Im looking for suggestions on aftermarket shocks , I dont want to raise the height from what it is allredy, I've seen people talk about the bilstein 6100 what are some others options
OP your issue is now a recall by Ford. Go get your free replacement parts installed.

They’ll most likely reimburse you once the recall is actually out.

If you went OEM, its probably a lot easier. My guess is you're gonna need to get a factory dealer Ford rep involved.
