I write here because of my great frustration, my new Bronco already has 3 weeks in the dealer (south Florida)for the recall of the seat belt and two screws with rust on the wheels (warranty), and the dealer's response is that they do not have enough staff and I have no other option but to wait or take my car and lost the place on the waiting line.

I think it's stupid that they give you an appointment and then have the vehicle parked without doing anything for 3 weeks.

There is nothing else to think that we are in a new time where logic and customer service do not predominate.

I deal with three Ford dealers. None of them will take a car in until they have the parts and service time slot available for a warranty repair. In one case, a dealer sent their mobile service truck to my house and made the repair so I did not have to take the truck to the dealership.

Time to call different dealers and find one that will make the repair in a timely fashion.
