@Ducati1098 Would replace the shocks with the hoss3 like some are talking about ? Didn't the 24 come with hoss3 now or I am misremembering something hard to keep all this straight.
The faulty shocks will be replaced with the same Bilsteins as before (albeit hopefully redesigned well enough so the issue doesn’t happen again)
Replacing them with Hoss 3.0 Fox shocks won’t be an option.

Honda has a recall on every vehicle, but no one likes to talk about that.

Shit happens.
And why would we be talking about Honda on a Bronco forum? Sure shit happens. Shit just happens more to Fords than other brands. The positive of this recall is a lot of Bronco owners with higher mileage wear and tear on their Bilstein shocks will get fresh new shocks on Ford's dime.

While 99.9999999999% likely, we can still hope.

If the recall isn't showing up or you don't use the fordpass app, such as me, you can go to the nhtsa website to lookup the recall with your vin or license plate number, although the license plate lookup didn't work for me. Recall search showed i had the recall on my 2023 non sas badlands.
I just found out from an email from CARFAX Car Care - go figure. #notsurprised

Not so much of a problem for Ford, because many of us already replaced those shocks. Probably cut Ford's recall number in half.

Looks like the only variant they will be able to sell would be the Wildtrak.

Replacing the current shocks with the same shocks - Garbage In; Garbage Out.

With the Stop Sale on any Badlands or Sasquatch optioned model and the parts not being available until 3rd quarter, dealers have to be pumped selling stripper Big Bend and OBXs.
Does this meet your definition of "stripper Big Bend and OBXs?"

Thank you for posting. This is the first time I have seen this issue addressed with a recall. This is good news, though perhaps not for those who have already experienced this issue. For those like me, who can expect in due course to experience this issue, hopefully they will last until they can be replaced. The delay until Q3 '25 is a bit much, though I do realize that they will need to build up an inventory of replacement shocks, but at least they have acknowledged the problem.
