Is the survey for the dealership or for connecting with Ford Customer Service?

Only reason I ask is I received a survey after picking up my Bronco and it was all dealership focused. I needed to step back and answer it from a dealership perspective; not a Ford perspective. There was a spot for me to voice my "concerns" on the Ford process, but the rest was fairly positive on the rest.

I just got this. I don't think they're going to like some of my answers.

Just filled out mine. Not a whole lot on the post purchase survey other than if I would be willing "to do a 45 minute interview". I did check yes on that. If anyone on this forum does end up that interview, I would love to know how it goes and what all does it cover.

this has to be Ford direct related since I can't even place my order because my reservation isn't showing up in my account online and I keep getting the run around
but I keep getting the emails as if I am walking through all the hoops to order LOL Ford is so screwed up

Seems to be about the whole experience. One question was how long will you wait before cancelling your order. The longest option was 3+ years.
