Is the survey for the dealership or for connecting with Ford Customer Service?

Only reason I ask is I received a survey after picking up my Bronco and it was all dealership focused. I needed to step back and answer it from a dealership perspective; not a Ford perspective. There was a spot for me to voice my "concerns" on the Ford process, but the rest was fairly positive on the rest.

Appears to be direct from Ford. I said I’m open to the 45 minute interview.

I got the email at 1PM PST but it went to my spam. I found the email at 2:30PM PST and completed it.

I have not received the survey but did receive an email asking if I was interested in the Bronco Raptor. I clicked on the interested button and all it said was my response has been recorded. I checked here before checking my email. I thought this may be the survey.

Is this Ford's way of saying f your Badlands that you reserved on 7/14/2020? Can we interest you in a plus $20k one instead?
