Redline Goods nappa leather steering wheel wrap, armrest and shift boot

I have a 23 Badlands high package and the poor quality of the steering wheel leather drove me nuts, so after searching on the forums and online I found I could get high quality nappa leather for the touch points from @RedlineGoods . I purchased a base steering wheel and had redline install the leather wrap. The steering wrap is nappa on the top and bottom with nappa perforated on the sides. I also ordered their console armrest cover and shift boot with orange stitching, which matches the badlands orange really well to my eye. I installed the shift boot and armrest cover myself using Redline’s instructions. Overall, I am really pleased with how it turned out. For those interested in doing something similar, below are the costs:

Steering Wheel:
$252.02 wheel shipped - Sunrise Ford
$344.05 wrap & install by Redline
Total: $596.07

Console Armrest:
$63.70 nappa leather w/ orange stitch

Shift Boot:

I did the same thing, I also ordered extra leather to wrap my door trim. The ugly grey plastic felt and looked horrible. Its a shame that there is soo little soft touch surfaces!

I personally want to Thank @RedlineGoods for making my custom shifter boot well over 1 year ago. You have been here from the beginning helping us Bronco owners get our rig’s how we want them. Is there any work done towards a custom dash pad?? I really dislike my plastic dash.

Yeah, email didn't like the pic and I was too lazy to fix it. Then again, maybe it's just the world that is on it's side

Watching this for a 2016 F150 I need to redo the steering wheel on!

I have an 02 F350 that I love dearly. Steering wheel was worn badly so I wrapped paracord around it. Love the feel and looks of it. Took $10 and less than an hour. Plenty of youtube videos on how to do it.

If you have small hands you may not like the increased diameter though. If you have large hands and like better grip then you'll love it.

There are several dozens of different color patterns of paracord these days.

Also used paracord to build 4 'chicken straps' attached to the roll bar of my Bronco.

Looks fantastic! I agree, the faux leather on my BB Mid pkg is pathetic. Feels like the plastic on an old Hyundai. The Bronco has some amazing capabilities and creative engineering, but when Ford wants to save a nickel, it really shows.

How does it work? They send you the leather and you installed it or you got an upholstery shop to do it? Specifically the boot and armrest.
