Just got a text from my dealer who has been good with info, said that when ordering on 3/27 opens up it will not include any base models or manual transmissions. Said they will be returning for 2024. Has anyone else heard this. Kinda sucks considering I wanted a base manual trans.

there was a video I found on YouTube that said the dealer video conference for the bronco ordering was today March 20. I assumed that was where my dealer got their information from.

The meeting with Ford is supposedly today, though I'd be surprised if information is already available. I would've thought later today/tomorrow before stuff starts trickling through.

Hey Flip any idea how these allocations will work with existing orders from 2021 yet?

Sounds like those will get priority, dealers sitting on broncos will see a reduction in their total. A lot of details left out and the site was down for a lot of dealers when it started so they had to back track on a lot of things. It sounds like allocation over what was originally estimated will be taken back in 24. If my allocation was 30 and they gave me an additional 7 for a total of 37, they will take 7 away from the 24 allocation which would leave me with 23.

They did not disclose how many orders they will take when the bank opens but it sounds like the window will be very narrow and they're asking dealers to try and put orders in that follow the commodity constraints. So plan on 4D, high, mid or base trim and soft tops.

Yeah, I'm just not convinced the number of MT orders is that significant, nationally. Hopefully I'm wrong.
